Staff Management is currently pondering the idea of hiring on -one- mod. As we make this decision we are curious about your guys' input.
So when you have time if you could please answer the following questions...
- Do you think another mod would be helpful? - As a member what do you think a mod's duties here should be? - Any early on suggestions for possible mods (and why)?
Please make your voice heard. We may not get it exactly how you want it but all opinions will be read and noted!

- Do you think another mod would be helpful? I always think more staff means a more efficiently run board but I mean you guys seem to be doing a good job without the extra mod. I guess to me it comes down to the following question: does the staff feel that the addition of a mod will help them out?
- As a member what do you think a mod's duties here should be? Mods should keep the board tidy, like moving accepted profiles and sorting through inactive threads and the like. I suppose they could have a speciality like graphics or coding or something. Maybe not coding for a mod.
- Any early on suggestions for possible mods (and why)? I haven't really gotten to know most of the members here so I can't really answer this question. Sorry!
Hopefully this helps you out!

I'll contribute to the part here that I can which is the opinion question on what you think a mod should do... Here are some of my opinions on things I'd like help with... Feel free to disagree or elaborate..
1.) Moving accepted profiles to the proper board (not accepting them however, I actually enjoy doing that and between Eve and myself we know the common grounds for acceptance) 2.) Updating face claim 3.) Advertising back on sites that post here first then locking the advertisements that have been responded to 4.) Being helpful to ALL members: New and old alike.
Those are just some of MY basic opinions on what I would find extremely helpful.

Oooo! And you bring up a good point Destiny. Moving closed threads to the graveyard would be an AWESOME help.

- Do you think another mod would be helpful?I think another mod who works well with you guys would be great. I really would hate for this site to die because the admin don't get along. - As a member what do you think a mod's duties here should be?Everything you guys have said sounds great! I think another person to welcome new members when admin aren't around would make the game seem more inviting. - Any early on suggestions for possible mods (and why)?I haven't been around too terribly long, but I'd be glad to help. I'm pretty good with graphics, I've run a few sites in the past that have lasted for 4+ months and I'm an active contributer to the game as far as posting goes. ^-^ Anyone would be awesome at this point though. I haven't come across a member who I haven't liked.

Do you think another mod would be helpful?
Yes, definitely. It's not always possible for you and Eve to be around, so having another one would increase the likelihood that somebody was always around.
As a member what do you think a mod's duties here should be?
Someone to welcome new members would be great; they could patrol things if there was a problem going on.
Any early suggestions for possible mods (and why?
You know I'd always be willing to help. I'm friendly, I've known you two for quite some time now, and ... basically, I'm assuming that you just trust me at this point? (:

I know. I've asked Caffrey to elope with me several times now to Vegas, but we have yet to do it. She's breaking my heart over here.

On the other site, when we plot Em, I sometimes tell Caffrey to elope with me when our criminal minds get a good scheme going. Either that or when we're plotting for our March meet up with the suit.

Do you think another mod would be helpful?Only if it's absolutely necessary. If you feel that you're able to handle everything right now on your own, then you don't really need another moderator for the time being. People like going to forums where they feel that the administrators (especially the founding administrator) are very active in both their responsibilities with the forums and their activity in posting. You guys are getting more and more members, though, so you may need a moderator eventually, but for now, in my honest opinion, I don't think you guys really need one. As a member what do you think a mod's duties here should be?For one, they would need to be very active. They could maybe log in every other day and post when they do. People don't like idle staff who just comes and logs in and then goes - it gives the rest of the staff a bad reputation. As to what they should do; approve and move applications. People don't like it if there's enough staff around but only a few of them could approve it especially when they aren't around. They like to be approved fast, fast, fast, so that they can role-play right away. There are only a few people out there who are patient enough to take their time. Also, keep the forums in good shape and ward off any evil-doers. They can also help with graphics and codes, just in case Em... erm, you know. =3 Also, they should be nice, respectful, and willing to help when possible. They should not just be there to use their powers or to abuse their powers, they should act like regular members and be friendly. Any early on suggestions for possible mods (and why)?(Me). No, not really. I would actually suggest Jeremy. I can tell just by looking at his posts and talking with him that I could trust him. He has the potential to be a moderator, has the skills in graphic-making, is very helpful, and also he's active. =)
