Well since this *is* a zombie roleplay I was curious.. What are some zombie movies you'd recommend to people?

28 Days Later isn't exactly a zombie movie, but that movie made me love infection/apocalypse type movies and rps. Also the Resident Evil moviea, although the games are wayyyy better.  |

I LOVE the '28 Days' '28 Months' series. I think it's because the way it is presented it's like it could DEFINITELY happen. They presented it in such a way that it's believable (if that makes any sense).
I've never seen any Resident Evil movies.... Are they scary? The only horror movies I can handle are zombies (obviously) so if it's outright scary I probably shouldn't check it out. I'm a chicken!

The Resident Evil movies are pretty much like the walking dead. They have thrown in a few 'huge' creatures like Nemesis, but other than that it revolves around a group of people surviving and looking for answers. It's nothing like the games and I wouldn't say they are scary either. I think Walking Dead is 'scarier' lol.
And the 28 movies are awesome. I love the first one, but the second was good too.

Oh! That sounds like something I'll definitely have to check out. Which of the RE series do you recommend?
My roomie rented 'Zombie Strippers' the other night. Apparently it's hilarious as the title would lead you to believe before watching.

Right now my favourite is zombieland but the dawn of the dead and diary of the dead are pretty good as well.

Hmm. The first ever zombie movie that I ever saw was Dawn of the Dead, and I had been very, very, very terrified of zombies since then. I wanted nothing to do with them. Then I came along a RP that got me hooked on Resident Evil (I talk about this particular RP quite a bit, I probably shouldn't, xD) and then other stuff.
My favorite movie so far by now is "I Am Omega".

Dead Snow is okay. It has Nazi Zombies. >D
And Planet Terror sort of counts, I think. It's by the same guy who made From Dusk Til Dawn and Desperado. I haven't seen it in a while, so I can't really remember if there are any good jump scares in it, but I do remember that there's a lot of gore. nom.
Did you get to watch Zombie Strippers yet? I've got it on instant queue on my Netflix, but I'm not so sure if I want to watch it. >>

I have a huge list... well to me it's huge...
Number one on my list is "Night of the living dead".
Laugh if you want, it's a classic and the very first zombie movie I ever watched.
Anyone ever watched "Wicked Little Things"?
