- Rick Grimes[/center]
Character Name:Sophia Peletier
Age: eight
Hometown: Georgia
Current Location:Rick’s group
Bio:
Sophia found Rick’s group just outside of Atlanta, along with her mother Carol and her father Ed. She’s often seen playing/hanging around Carl Grimes; she has a bit of a crush on him. They once found a walker eating a deer. She doesn’t quite like deer anymore. She doesn’t like loud noises, either, though in a way it allows her to know what’s coming. She doesn’t like the unknown and she hates the unexpected.
She’s excitable and curious, though the latter and sometimes the former can get her into trouble. However, she’s obedient both because she’s a smart kid who knows it will help her survive and because she saw her father abuse her mother several times.
She’s good spirited. Though she’s afraid of the walkers, she’s growing less and less fearful of them as time goes on. She’s an optimistic child as well, and though in a way the walkers have taken away her childhood from her, she still allows herself to be a child. She questions things constantly and still plays like any child would (although the setting is quite different from your typical playground.)
She’s a sweet kid who has a genuine interest in taking care of others. Even though her father was abusive to her mother for most of Sophia’s life, she still loves her father (albeit in a different way than she loves her mother.)
She often fears losing or getting separated from the people that she cares about. Her father’s death only strengthens this fear. She’s particularly fearful of getting separated from her mother or Carl, because she knows that the chances of either of those things happening are high with all the walkers about. Up until this point, she’s managed to avoid both of these things.
Eliza gives Sophia her teddy bear before she leaves, which Sophia still holds on to.

Roleplay Sample:
She crossed to the edge of the water, carefully keeping her eyes peeled for any signs of walkers. Technically, she shouldn't be walking alone, but her mother was doing the laundry and she couldn't stand to sit there and watch any longer. It wasn't that she didn't want to do her part. She had done her part quite some time ago.
She was just curious. And that was often what got her in trouble. But being eight and going through the apocalypse, you often stopped questioning your own curiousity. Especially when the monsters under your bed became living, breathing realities.
She'd made sure to tell her mother where she was going. Wandering off on your own without doing that just wasn't something that you did these days. Besides, Carl should be around here somewhere and then she wouldn't be alone anymore.
"Carl?" She questioned, when she didn't immediatly see the eleven year old anywhere. "Are you around here?" She peeked around the edge of a tree, raising her brow. He wasn't anywhere she could see. Sophia sighed, almost ready to turn back around and head back towards the camp when she heard a voice.
