Sophie is the daughter of Carol and the late Ed Peletier, and is currently part of Rick's group. She's eight, enjoys reading, games, and has a fear of seperation from those she cares about. She's harboring a child's crush on eleven year old Carl Grimes. Sophie is a girl whose curiosity often gets her into troublesome situations, but for the most part she's of an obediant nature. It's the only way to survive in this world (and quite frankly, her old one as well.) She questions things; she loves to explore, and despite the world she's living in the apocalypse hasn't managed to take away all of her childhood. Open to friendships, childlike romances, enemies, and others.

I'm totally game for Emmy having a little friendship with Sophia. As hinted in my first post with you Emmy brings little trinkets for kids in the group and probably keeps them entertained. It makes her feel useful and helps her make their transitions during the Walker infestation.
Carl has also hinted to having a slight crush on Emmy. If Sophia finds out would that affect Emmy and her friendship at all or is Sophia far too mature for that sort of thing?

I see her as the type to pretend that it wouldn't affect her, but secretly be jealous. She'd think Emmy had much more going for her and stuff; but she'd keep it to herself and not let it show.

Aw poor Sophie. I am also toying with the idea of eventually having Emmy leave the group (Rick's) for a little while as she has to come to terms with if Jeremy is dead or if he's alive. A fool's errand obviously but Emmy is stubborn and she'd have to try. How exactly would Sophia take this?

She'd probably try to drag her back.  I can see her finding out and questioning her on what she was doing until she got her to spill the beans. |

Oh that could make for an interesting thread. Perhaps even Carl could get involved to give it even more layers. The thought of little Sophie pestering stubborn Emmy is making me smile. It really is a funny image.
