Hey all!
I hope you have noticed are newest addition by the lovely Evey: Side boxes!
This thread is about the first 'Welcome' sidebox. We are currently looking for a description about the rp and a welcome message to put in the sidebox. Post what you have here and we'll pick one or perhaps combine a few into a draft to put in the sidebox.

I'm not really sure, but I would suggest to post the plot mainly. I never really see the good in just putting a welcome message. But then again that's because I mainly use my "Welcome" table like a "News" table where I explain the plot and who the staff are. But since it's different here...

"Our RP is loosely based on the AMC series, The Walking Dead. The Walking Dead is a show about a world that has basically ended, with zombies taking over. They've just recently ran their first season, and we're starting from where they left off. But we've added more places to have more interactions between our players, and also made it so that you would have basically free will over any canon character you might claim. If you have not watched The Walking Dead, you may find the show via YouTube, and you can always ask us any questions you may have."
I would also use DIV boxes, if you know how to use these, to make the messages long enough but people can scroll through them to read them. =)
